Having been born to two of the most powerful reactors of the [[Last Great War]], Thadeo has no unique [[Soul Data]] of his own and is, as such, an [[Evolver]]. While Thadeo spends the beginning of his adult years laying low as a mercenary for his surrogate mother [[Maudeline Popperidge]], his desire to live quietly is ultimately snuffed out by destiny pushing him toward the fate that awaits him.

Thadeo is dry and sardonic having been hardened by the death of his uncle and mentor, [[Unkuru Robio]]. He quips, but does not joke around. He is antisocial and generally avoids large social gatherings outside of work. He feels freest in the ring at [[The Underground]], a fighting tournament held my [[Vindice]] and several other [[gangs of the Northern Hemisphere of Avnice]].

===== History =====
Thadeo is a 23 year old Mercenary for hire who works solely to pay the medical bills of his last living relative, a hospitalized, comatose woman whom he’s never actually spoken with. He is commissioned by [[Elena Oswald]] and [[The Rebellion]] to find and rescue her mother [[Daviya]], the political leader of the rebellion. Thadeo is also a programmer who created a program/mod called the [[Brainspeak Algorithm]] which allows deviants to communicate with their [[machine art]] mentally. No one knows the identity of the famous hacker NO⬚ save the Rebellion who is constantly requesting Thadeo join them in their fight against the government.

=== Oppressive Generalist ===
Thadeo is designed as an allrounder with slight variations on the typical moveset of a shoto character. Thadeo has good movement speed, close-mid range normals, and screen controlling fireballs. His [[CopterBlade]] attacks are good at deflecting projectiles and his command grabs make him a formidable force in neutral. Additionally, Thadeo has the unique quality of having weapon attacks as his hand-to-hand combat style making him notoriously difficult to hit with projectiles.
=== Soul Art ===
Thadeo's [[Soul Art]] is an Augment [[Evade Burst]] (EvB) which gives him the ability to attack at the same time as evading. In game, this attack is a Crush that cannot be defended with [[Repulse Burst]]. This attack is also a projectile which further protects the movement of the EvB as it will clash with and destroy other projectiles. In the right situation, this may even open up the opponent for a punish.

== BigHand ==
Thadeo morphs the [[ShifTech]] into massive gauntlets that can be used to deflect projectiles. The BigHandHeavy stance gives Thadeo access to both a grounded and aerial command grab.
== CopterBlade ==
Thadeo's default shape for the [[ShifTech]] when in combat. The plethora of multihitting attacks allows Thadeo to easily rip through armored attacks and their quick recoveries make them difficult to punish.
== StormCaller ==
A power inherited from his father [[Jehaziel]], Thadeo creates electrical currents and channels them into targetted lightning blasts. These attacks increase Thadeo's range and comboability and further improve his ability to combat enemy projectiles.
