 Drell and Elmar often talk about how they can change the world for all suffering people and agree that the most important thing is that the plan to lower Avnice be accelerated so there is more land for everyone to share and survive on their own. With Drell planning to join the Legionnaires, Elmar plans to leave Red Light and travel the whole continent to learn as much as he can about how people are living and what the real time line of lowering Avnice is. As such, they leave their essential third in command Yadira Reese, in charge of the operation that keeps the kids fed and sheltered as she already knows all the ropes.
