• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Game.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Game to any third party for any reason.
• Remove, disable, circumvent, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to any copy protection, rights management, or security features in or protecting the Game.

The Game and its content, including but not limited to images, characters, designs, and music, are owned by the Licensor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA grants you a license to use the Game as provided under the “License” section; it does not convey any ownership rights in the Game or its content.

This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In case of such termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

The Game is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Game.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the Game. If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
